Arc Raiders ARC Parts Advanced Item Guide by U4GM
#1
Phantom Targets rewards preparation more than raw kill speed. The first stage is easy to misunderstand, since the required antennas belong to standard Cargo Elevator extraction structures rather than Raider Hatches, Metro stations, or ordinary rooftops. That makes route planning more important than aggressive looting. Raiders tracking ARC Raiders BluePrints should also treat the project as a resource exercise: several objectives require specific ARC components, while the later rewards provide weapons that directly support the remaining tasks.

Plan Around the Project

Store Update 1.40.0 introduced Phantom Targets on August 4, 2026. Part 1 contains three stages and is available now; Part 2 is scheduled for Update 1.42 on August 18, while the full project closes on September 6. Progress is handled through the Projects tab in Speranza, and rewards must be claimed before the next stage opens. The strongest feature of the design is its built-in progression: Stage 1 gives survival tools, Stage 2 supplies three energy weapons, and Stage 3 tests whether players can convert that preparation into efficient ARC damage.

Turn Navigation Into Progress

The first stage appears designed to push Raiders through recognizable extraction infrastructure, but the practical problem is exposure. Cargo Elevators on Dam Battlegrounds, Spaceport, and Riven Tides can place a solo player in a vulnerable position, and progress may not update until the raid ends. Dam Battlegrounds is the most efficient starting point because its elevator routes are generally easier to connect. Use this sequence to reduce wasted travel.

Queue for Dam Battlegrounds and identify a standard Cargo Elevator before committing to loot.
Climb the sloped exterior and interact with the faulty antenna near the upper corner.
Attempt a second or third elevator only when the route is clear and extraction remains practical.
Return to Speranza, verify the count in Projects, and claim the Combat Mk. 3 (Aggressive), Heavy Shield, and Vita Spray.

This approach preserves healing supplies and avoids turning three interactions into an unnecessary cross-map sprint. A single raid can contain multiple upgrades, but separate raids are safer, and the same elevator can contribute across different runs when required.

Save ARC Parts Early

Stage 2 changes the value of loot. Pop Triggers, Wasp Drivers, and Leaper Pulse Units are not ordinary salvage once the stage is active; they must deal 50, 500, and 1,000 damage respectively. Pops near Water Treatment Control on Dam Battlegrounds are a reliable source of Pop Triggers, Wasps provide Wasp Drivers, and Leapers around Water Treatment and Red Lakes can supply Leaper Pulse Units. Keep each item in quick-use slots, then fight targets with predictable movement. Showstoppers can create openings, while Bombardiers offer readable attack patterns but punish careless positioning. Do not spend these parts during an uncontrolled fight merely to clear space. The reward-50 Raider Tokens plus Aphelion, Dolabra, and Jupiter-makes this stage a preparation gate for the next one.

Build For Stage Three

Stage 3 asks for 1,500 fire damage, three eligible high-tier ARC destroyed with energy weapons, and 20 flying ARC destroyed with launcher ammunition. Blaze Grenades, Fireball Burners, Firefly Burners, and Flame Spray cover the fire requirement. Bastions, Leapers, Vaporizers, and Rocketeers count for the energy kills, with the Stage 2 weapons offering a ready-made loadout: Jupiter suits distance, while Aphelion and Dolabra cover different handling preferences. Rascal and Hullcracker are the relevant launcher choices for aerial targets. Carrying all three damage types can reduce space for loot, so dedicated objective runs are more efficient than forcing progress into every farming raid.

Rewards And Long-Term Value

Part 1 pays 100 Raider Tokens in total, alongside defensive gear, a healing item, three energy weapons, and mobility equipment: Powered Descender, Horizontal Grip, and Snap Hook. The best schedule is to complete Cargo Elevator interactions first, bank the unusual ARC parts before Stage 2, then reserve a raid for fire, energy, and launcher work. Players planning future builds should claim each reward immediately rather than leaving progression pending. With Part 2 arriving on August 18 and the deadline fixed at September 6, efficient stockpiling matters more than chasing every available fight, especially when affordable cheap ARC Raiders BluePrints can support loadout planning without displacing mission-critical resources.
